Can I move my existing website to ÇAP Hosting?
Yes. We migrate your website and email to our CWP infrastructure free of charge with every hosting order. Your site stays online during the move; once DNS is switched you can close your old account.
When is my hosting account activated?
Your account is created instantly after the order and payment, and the panel details are sent by email. The SSL certificate is installed automatically within 24 hours.
Is my site backed up?
Yes. All hosting accounts are backed up weekly, and the servers are also image-backed daily against disasters and disk failures. If you need an older backup restored, just ask our technical team.
